Switch legs at this point 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20. Go ahead and go back down to that position.
The back leg of this stretch should be straight and the front leg should be curved over the
back leg. This way the back leg you are feeling all the stretch in it.
